Had a lovely New Year stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The food was excellent, especially the traditional dishes. The hotel's location, nestled in the mountains, offered stunning panoramic views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi throughout the property, which was convenient for staying connected.
The hotel's location meant that it was a bit far from the main town, so getting a taxi was necessary to explore the area. , the heating system was not very effective, which made the cold winter nights a bit uncomfortable.

During my recent stay at Pela Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic meals offered. Despite one guest's dietary restrictions, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate her needs every day. The variety and taste of the food were exceptional. The hotel also provided us with a conference room for our rehearsal, which was a great added convenience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, with a beautiful natural surrounding near the lake and an easy walking or biking path straight to the city centre. The hotel’s location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. the outdoor terrace was a great spot to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery.
The furniture on the balcony was worn out and could use replacing. the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and made it difficult to connect.
